Cancellation Conditions

You can cancel your room free of charge 7 days before arrival until 3 PM. Only written cancellations can be accepted. No-Show: we will charge the costs in case of no-show.

We will authorize your credit card within ten days prior to arrival. Please note, your reservation will be cancelled if we fail to get an authorization on your credit card.

In case you booked a NON REFUNDABLE room or package, the following conditions are applicable:

No change or cancellation can be made after booking. You accept to be charged for the full price of the stay, this amount is non refundable in case of cancellation or change of dates of stay. The Standard Conditions of the Horeca Federation are applicable to all agreements we conclude as well as to all reservations and services rendered.
